This is a typical logo example I produce. I try to mix geometric with freeform styles to suit a range of tastes and colour palettes to suit the subject. This logo was created for a plant protection program to go online, following the brief to incorporate elements of recording and filing (a seed database), with the obvious plant connections always present.
